Comments

Media

Photos posted or uploaded to Estoniabooks.ee or any third-party services used by Interim OÜ are only used for the primary purpose they were collected for. If Interim OÜ would want to use the photos for any other use, permission for the usage would be requested from the person the photo was taken by. A photo from which a person is recognizable Interim OÜ will ask permission for the photo from the person. If the person in the photo is considered as non-recognizable the permission will not be necessarily asked.

Your personal data will only be disclosed or otherwise transmitted to third parties if it is necessary due to a contract between the registrar (Interim OÜ) and the data processor (Service provider).

Because of the nature of data processing, some of the data may be located in servers outside of the EU. These servers adhere to the Privacy Shield system and the GDPR regulation.
